Kiarash and Allison’s wedding at Chateau Reiutort was a testament to the power of love to transcend boundaries. Their union was more than the merging of two individuals; it was a celebration of unity in diversity. Their journey, from chance encounter to this breathtaking celebration in the South of France, serves as an inspiration to all, a reminder that love has the power to create something truly extraordinary. The fusion of American and Persian cultures at Chateau Reiutort was a testament to the timeless beauty of their union.
The wedding ceremony was a seamless blend of American and Persian traditions, a testament to the couple’s commitment to honoring both of their cultural backgrounds. The vows, exchanged in English, were heartfelt and intimate, each word carrying the weight of their love and promises for the future. The Sofreh Aghd, a stunning Persian wedding spread, graced the ceremony, symbolizing the couple’s hopes for prosperity, health, and a fruitful life together.
The music and dance floor pulsed with energy, as a fusion of American and Persian tunes filled the air. Guests swayed to the melodic sounds of Persian instruments, a harmonious celebration of cultural exchange. When our contract concluded, we packed up said our goodbyes and started our drive at midnight back to Annecy in the south-east of France.
We arrived somewhere around 7am, bags unpacked, gear cleaned, reset, charged and packed up again for another wedding in a few hours at Château de Montrottier. See other blog for that wedding!
We travelled allot for this wedding. It was really special and we went the extra mile! (Pun intended)
